OCVIA is the first Vietnamese language and cultural training school in the United States, with high qualities and experienced instructors OCVIA trains students to prepare to pass the court certified exam.

With our help, students can prepare to pass the State exam with confidence and are able to interpret Vietnamese professionally for State courts, businesses, books, legal documents, and much more.

Best of all, we've been welcomed by the local Vietnamese community and have great support from law firms and businesses. We have appeared on KOCE TV and in the Orange County Register newspaper.

About the founder...

Ann Spiratos is committed to making a difference in the world as an awareness coach, author and speaker – giving a voice to millions of Vietnamese Americans who are in need. She discovered that, as a professional interpreter and an adult who learns English in her later life, there are several myths and misconceptions about learning to speak English as a non-native speaker. She had unlocked the secrets of learning English and speaking it with ease and confidence through several years of training and diligently acquiring the skills. Once she became aware of how her words and her newly acquired confidence had impacted her own life; her success and dreams have been realized and significantly serve her and others in her life tremendously. She commits to share her success with her Vietnamese community and the world. Awareness and confidence are two of the keys to any change. Ann’s passion for helping her fellow Vietnamese Americans find their voice and for it to be heard ignited her vision – to empower and inspire you to be the happy, confident, generous, devoted, wealthy, and professional individual and role model of this world need you to be.
